Royal Enfield Price Revision from Sept 22: Hunter, Classic, Bullet 350 to Get Cheaper; Himalayan 450, 650cc Models to Cost More
Royal Enfield revises prices from Sept 22, 2025. Hunter 350, Classic 350, and Bullet 350 to get cheaper with GST cut; Himalayan 450 and 650cc models to cost more.
“Royal Enfield bikes like the Hunter 350 and Bullet 350 to get cheaper from Sept 22, while Himalayan 450 and 650cc range to see price hike.”

Royal Enfield has announced a major price revision across its motorcycle lineup, following the Indian government’s new GST rate structure for two-wheelers. The revised prices will come into effect from September 22, 2025, and will cover motorcycles along with their services, accessories, and apparel.
Discounts Under 350-cc Motorcycles
The most relief will be provided to the buyers of under-350cc models, which will now attract 18% GST instead of the higher rate of 28%. Bikes like Hunter 350, Bullet 350, Classic 350, and Goan Classic 350 come under this category and are expected to become much more affordable.
B Govindarajan, Royal Enfield CEO and Managing Director of Eicher Motors, said.
"The Government of India’s latest GST reform will not only make motorcycles under 350cc more accessible but will also excite first-time buyers. We are delighted to pass on the full GST benefit directly to our consumers."
Though exact revised prices have not yet been revealed by Royal Enfield, this direct reduction should encourage more young and first-time riders to buy-in—something Royal Enfield has been focusing on by providing entry-level models like the Hunter 350.
Price Increase for Premium Models
Conversely, greater 350cc bikes will be more expensive as now they will attract GST at the rate of 40%, against an earlier 31% (28% + Cess 3%). So these will be Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, Guerilla 450, along with their 650cc lineup comprising Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, and Super Meteor 650.
This increase might put some demand pressure on the higher segment, whereas Royal Enfield feels that it has greater pull of keen buyers.
What Will Be the Effect
- Cheaper: Hunter 350, Bullet 350, Classic 350, Goan Classic 350
- Costlier: Himalayan 450, Guerilla 450, Interceptor 650, Continental GT 650, Super Meteor 650
- Effective from: September 22, 2025
- Applies to: Motorcycles, services, accessories, and apparel.
This price change will perhaps cement Royal Enfield's hold in the 350cc class while starting to alter the market dynamics for its premium segment.
